The two of group received duration of exercise about 30 minutes, frequency  3 time a week during 3 weeks. The research used experimental method, using technique Randomize Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design and Correlation Bivariate. The instrument to measure Self-esteem is used Self-esteem Inventory. Result: this study showed that HIIE decrease BMI with the pretest 35,7% and post test 33,4%, fat decrease with pretest 32,85%  and postest 28,68%.
