The program also includes practical activities such as exercise and implementing environmentally friendly practices, including recycling and reducing plastic usage. Evaluation was conducted to measure the impact of the program on the health and carbon footprint of migrant workers. The results show that the program raised awareness among migrant workers about the importance of a low-carbon lifestyle and positively impacted their health and the environment. Furthermore, the program provides opportunities for replication and expansion to other migrant worker communities, thereby improving quality of life and contributing to environmental sustainability.
