KOMUNITAS BELAJAR SEBAGAI SARANA BELAJAR DAN PENGEMBANGAN DIRI

Abstract


Penelitian ini membahas tentang alasan mahasiswa bergabung dalam komunitas belajar dan pengembangan diri mereka melalui komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan seseorang bergabung dalam komunitas belajar dan nilai-nilai yang bisa diperoleh jika bergabung dalam komunitas belajar. Sembilan mahasiswa telah diwawancara dan beberapa literatur menjadi bahan kajian dalam penulisan artikel ini. Dari hasil kajian tersebut ditemukan bahwa motivasi mahasiswa bergabung dalam komunitas belajar adalah ketertarikan, konten belajar, dan relevansinya terhadap karier. Komunitas belajar juga menjadi tempat pengembangan diri anggotanya dari segi hubungan dengan orang lain, pemerolehan pengetahuan baru, pengembangan skill, kepercayaan diri, dan networking.
