MANAJEMEN UNIT PRODUKSI SEKOLAH Di SMK NEGERI 8 MAKASSAR

Abstract


This study aims to determine the production unit planning, organizing the production unit implementation production unit, production unit  supervision and supporting and  inhibiting factors for the management of school production  units. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that SMK Negeri 8 Makassar conducts production unit planning activities consisting of work program planning, planning personnel involved, budget planning and  sources of capital and planning of facilities  and infrastructure. Organizing the production unit is done by forming the organizational structure of the school production unit and issuance of decree, but there are several names listed in the organizational structure of the production unit no in accordance with the name stated in the decree made by the principal. Doing production units in accordance with the plans that have been made but marketing is done for the general public still limited. Supervision of production units is carried out on the assessment of student practice results   in the school  production unit and supervision of production units in accordance with the plans that have been made but marketing is done for the general public still limited. Supporting factors production unit, namely the willingness of executors in the production unit, professional educators, sufficient capital resources. Inhibiting factors is the limited time between teaching in class and as a tutor in the production unit, the quality of student work does not meet the standards
