Abstract


Background of this research is the need for the development of integrated quality in educational institutions, especially in junior high school education units which have a strategic role in improving the quality of basic education. Objective of this research to reveal the sustainable quality development of schools, especially at Integrated Junior High School (SMP Terpadu) Lampang Subang.

This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method suggested by Chitu Okoli and Kira Schabram, and Barbara Kitchenham and Stuart Charters. With the search and selection stages, analyze and assess the resulting study. Research identification is based on the theme or topic that has been decided, namely the continuous quality development at SMP Terpadu Lampang.

The results show that efforts to develop school quality in a sustainable manner at SMP Terpadu Lampang have been going well, where from 2016 to 2019 it has increased significantly, until 2019 SMP Terpadu Lampang based on an assessment from BASM West Java Province obtained the average SNP achievement amount to 83.95 in the Good category. The strength of the Lampang Integrated Junior High School lies in the standard process of sarpas standards, education management and financing, while the standard scores for teachers and education personnel are still in the low category.
