Turnover Intention : Peran Kepuasan kerja terhadap Ketidakamanan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi

Abstract


Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pergantian karyawan (turnover) yang hingga saat ini terus menjadi tantangan bagi dunia industri. Tanda awal turnover dapat diprediksi dari niat atau intensi. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara ketidakamanan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediator. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu karyawan tetap PT K33 Distribusi dengan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun sejumlah 120 sampel. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima. Berdasarkan Analisis SEM terdapat korelasi antara ketidakamanan kerja (X1) terhadap turnover intention (Y) dengan mediator kepuasan kerja (X3) sebesar 0.28 x 0.49 = 0.1372. Hal ini berarti kepuasan kerja mampu berfungsi sebagai mediator bagi ketidakamanan kerja dalam berkorelasi dengan turnover intention (Y). Korelasi antara budaya organisasi (X2) terhadap turnover intention (Y) dengan mediator kepuasan kerja (X3) sebesar 0.75 x 0.49 = 0.3675. Artinya kepuasan kerja mampu berfungsi sebagai mediator bagi ketidakamanan kerja dalam berkorelasi dengan turnover intention (Y). Sehingga kepuasan kerja terbukti efektif sebagai mediator bagi ketidakamanan kerja dan budaya organisasi dalam berkorelasi dengan turnover intention.
