Abstract


ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the influence of Learning Agility and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with Archival Governance as a mediating variable. The phenomenon of low employee engagement and the high workload related to archival management at the Land Office of Ciamis Regency serves as the main background for this research. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. The analysis results show that Learning Agility and Employee Engagement have a significant positive effect on OCB. Furthermore, Archival Governance is proven to mediate the relationship between the independent variables and OCB. These findings reinforce the theory that extra-role work behaviors can be influenced by an individual's adaptability and emotional attachment to the organization, especially when facing the challenges of complex archival management. The study recommends strengthening training and skill development for archivists, as well as implementing a more modern and efficient archival governance system. It is expected that this research can serve as a reference for policymaking in human resource management and archival management development within government institutions.
