Keinginan dan Kelayakan yang Dirasakan Memediasi Pengaruh Dukungan Universitas Minat Berwirausaha

Abstract
The lack of interest in entrepreneurship is the study of this study. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of university support, perceived feasibility and perceived desire, towards intention entrepreneurial. The research method used is descriptive verification. The study population was 19,919 students with a sample size of 366 respondents. Data collection uses a numerical scale questionnaire. After testing the instrument of validity and reliability, then the data is processed using path analysis. The results of the research show that in the substructure of one university support, a positive and significant effect on perceived feasibility, the amount of influence is 24.9%. In the second substructure, university support and perceived feasibility had a positive effect on perceived desirability, the magnitude of influence was 72.1%, while simultaneously, the effect of university support, perceived feasibility and perceived desirability had a positive effect on intention entrepreneurial, the magnitude of influence was 54, 8%. Based on testing these hypotheses, perceived feasibility and perceived desireability mediate the influence of university support on intention entrepreneurial. Based on the results of the study it is recommended to increase the university support variables, especially indicators of business development support, the perceived feasibility variable is an indicator of self-efficacy, the perceived desire variable is social norms and the intention entrepreneurial variable is an indicator of expectation.

Abstrak
Rendahnya minat berwirausaha merupakan kajian penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh dukungan universitas, kelayakan yang dirasakan dan keinginan yang dirasakan, terhadap minat berwirausaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dekriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 19.919 mahasiswa dengan ukuran sampel 366 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berskala numerik. Setelah dilakukan pengujian instrumen validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis Jalur (path analysis) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam substruktur satu dukungan universitas, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kelayakan yang dirasakan, besarnya pengaruh sebesar 24,9%. Pada substruktur kedua dukungan universitas dan kelayakan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap keinginan yang dirasakan, besarnya pengaruh sebesar 72,1%, Sedangkan secara simultan, pengaruh dukungan universitas, kelayakan yang dirasakan dan keinginan yang dirasakan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha, besarnya pengaruh sebesar 54,8%. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis tersebut, kelayakan yang dirasakan dan keinginan yang dirasakan menjadi mediator pengaruh dukungan universitas terhadap minat berwirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan untuk meningkatkan variabel dukungan universitas terutama indikator dukungan pengembangan bisnis, variabel kelayakan yang dirasakan yaitu indikator kemampuan diri, variabel keinginan yang dirasakan yaitu norma sosial dan variabel minat berwirausaha yaitu indikator harapan.
