Analisis Volume Permainan Berdasarkan Posisi Pemain di UKM Bola Basket Putra UPI
Abstract
Analisis merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam olahraga, baik olahraga individu maupun olahraga berkelompok, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan jarak tempuh pemain berdasarkan posisi dalam permainan bola basket dan mengetahui hubungan antara jarak tempuh dengan efektivitas bermain pada atlet UKM bola basket UPI Bandung. Serta tujuan ini untuk dijadikan bahan evaluasi pada saat latihan, pra kompetisi, maupun pada saat kompetisi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan True Experimental dengan desain Post Test Only Control Design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang. Penelitian dilakukan kepada atlet UKM bola basket Putra UPI bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengetahu perbedaan yang signifikan antara jarak tempuh dan efektivitas bermain menggunakan Polar GPS dan software dari FIBA Livestat. Seluruh data diolah menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara posisi pemain bola basket dengan jarak tempuh bermain (Sig.=0,297) serta tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara efektivitas bermain dengan jarak tempuh (Sig.=0,559). Berdasarkan data tersebut jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa posisi pemain bola basket, jarak tempuh, dan efektivitas bermain tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan simulasi pertandingan lebih dari 1 kali pertandingan, instrumen yang lebih banyak dan sampel yang lebih banyak.
