PENGARUH SOSIALISASI PROGRAM AKREDITASI KURSUS TERHADAP MOTIVASI PENGELOLA UNTUK MENYIAPKAN AKREDITASI PROGRAM PADA SATUAN PENDIDIKAN LKP DI KOTA BANDUNG

Abstract

The research in this backgound with still so many course institution that is not accreditation also low manage motivation to prepare accreditation. Destination for in this research are : 1) To describe activity socialization accreditation program at courses institution in the city of Bandung. 2) To describe manager motivated to prepare program accreditation. 3) To describe influence socialization activity accreditation program courses for motivation to prepare accreditation program unit LKP educational. In this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Questionnaire, literatur study and documentation study are collecting technique data that use in this research. In this subject research is courses manager in the city of Bandung. Characteristics some kind samples consist, of sewing course, beauty courses, language and acupunture that most of them dominated by beauty courses. Even though the participant of socialization is homogenous because all of them are courses institution, then retractation samples use random sampling where the total marage as a socialization participants as much 80 with significance 5 % so that get the samples 67. The result of the survey that : 1) The result of quesitonnaire high response to indication from communication, this is showing that the interviewees can give well socialization. 2) Simultaneously there is a infivence positive between socialization accreditation activity and motivation manage course so can conclude that socialization activity that finished. 3) Hypothesis examination research obtainable that H_I rejected and H₀ received, that means socialization accreditation program take effect significant to influence course motivation to prepare accreditation program.
