Abstract


The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training at the preparation stage on psychological fatigue and achievement motivation in diving athletes. The instrument used in this research for psychological fatigue uses the fatigue assessment scale (FAS) from Hendriks et al., (2018),while for achievement motivation uses achievement motivation from Badawy & Al-anani, (2010). The results of this research reveal that there is an influence of training at the preparation stage on psychological fatigue and achievement motivation in West Java PON XXI diving athletes.
