Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the current situation and analyse the factors influencing the effectiveness of post-COVID-19 learning among students at the Faculty of Education and Educational Sciences, Indonesia University of Education. The research method employed was quantitative, with data collected via a questionnaire. The questionnaire, covering quality, learning levels, incentives and time, was distributed to students from the 2020 and 2021 cohorts. The results indicate that the effectiveness of post-COVID-19 learning among FPEB UPI students is in the moderate range. Based on factor analysis, 13 valid items were identified that can measure changes in learning support indicators. These items cover aspects ranging from teaching activities and students’ psychological readiness to time management and assessment methods. The implications of this research are that institutions need to conduct periodic evaluations of learning effectiveness at both the faculty and programme levels. Furthermore, students are required to manage their time effectively and maximise available resources. The novelty of this research lies in the use of factor analysis to identify 13 items that support post-pandemic learning effectiveness, a set not explored simultaneously in previous studies.
