Problematika Guru Akuntansi dalam Mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka di Kecamatan Lembang

Abstract


This research aims to find out what are the problems and solutions faced by accounting teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at SMK Lembang District. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of principals, accounting teachers, and students. The data analysis techniques were carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. While the data validity test was carried out by triangulating sources and triangulating techniques. The results of this study state that accounting teachers still face problems in implementing the independent curriculum. Problems faced include the lack of teacher understanding of the independent curriculum, difficulties in making learning tools, lack of student motivation, students who do not do formative assessments, and project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. The efforts made are attending independent curriculum training, discussing with other teachers, carrying out non-cognitive diagnostic assessments, and providing motivation to students.
