Pengaruh Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Lapangan Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa (Kelas XII Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga di SMK Negeri 1 Palasah)

Abstract


This study aims to describe the experience of field work practice and student work readiness, and find out how the influence of field work practice on the work readiness of students in class XII Accounting and Finance Institutions at SMK Negeri 1 Palasah. This study uses a quantitative approach using descriptive and verification methods. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, verification analysis consisting of normality test, linearity test, and simple linear regression analysis. Research hypothesis testing uses regression significance test (F test) and regression coefficient significance test (t test). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Students' field work practice experience is in high criteria, 2) Students' work readiness is at high criteria, 3) Field work practice experience has a positive effect on the work readiness of students in class XII Accounting and Finance Institutions at SMK Negeri 1 Palasah. This means that the better the field work practice experience, the better the students' work readiness, and vice versa. The implication of the results of this study is to identify aspects of field work practice experience that need to be strengthened and develop more effective learning programs in preparing students to enter the world of work.
