Pengaruh Resiliensi Akademik dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of academic resilience and emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of Accounting Education students at the University of Education Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive and verification method. The collection technique used is by using a questionnaire through google form with primary data sources. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a research sample of 149 Accounting Education students at the University of Education Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of regression significance testing, it shows that the regression model can be used to draw conclusions. The results of hypothesis testing show that academic resilience has a positive effect on learning achievement, while emotional intelligence has no effect on learning achievement. This means that the higher a person's resilience, the higher their learning achievement will be. However, high and low emotional intelligence does not necessarily affect one's learning achievement.
