Studi Tentang Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa FPEB UPI Dimoderasi Kreativitas
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial interest moderated by creativity in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia class of 2019, 2020, and 2021. This study uses Theory of Planned Behavior with descriptive verification methods. The data collection technique was a questionnaire distributed to FPEB UPI students in 2019, 2020, and 2021 as many as 333 samples from 1,982 population. Sampling technique with simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques using moderation regression analysis or called MRA. The results showed that attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control all had a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial interest, but creativity was unable to moderate the effect of attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial interest of FPEB UPI students.
