Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Self-Efficacy Terhadap Kesiapan Menjadi Guru (Studi pada Pendidikan Akuntansi FPEB UPI)

Abstract


This research is quantitative research, using descriptive verification research methods. This study has a population of 277 FPEB UPI students in 2019, 2020, and 2021. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, using simple random sampling by drawing lots. Data processing in this study uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the calculation of classical assumption tests such as normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of this study indicate that (1) the average pedagogical competence of accounting education students is at high criteria, the average self-efficacy of accounting education students is at high criteria and the average readiness to become teachers of accounting education students is at high criteria (2) there is a positive effect of pedagogical competence on readiness to become a teacher (3) there is a positive effect of self-efficacy on readiness to become a teacher.
