Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Adversitas dan Kebiasaan Belajar terhadap Hasil Belajar

Abstract


This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, adversity intelligence, and study habits on the learning outcomes of class X and class XI students in vocational accounting subjects at SMK Negeri 2 Sumedang. The theory used is cognitive psychology learning theory. The method used in this research involves descriptive and verification methods. The sampling technique employed was simple random sampling with a sample size of 167 students. Data analysis using multiple linear regression revealed that emotional intelligence, adversity intelligence, and study habits positively affect learning outcomes. The research results demonstrate that, based on the F-test, the variables emotional intelligence, adversity intelligence, and study habits together positively influence learning outcomes. Furthermore, the results of the research indicate that, based on t-test calculations for each variable—emotional intelligence, adversity intelligence, and study habits—emotional intelligence significantly affects learning outcomes, adversity intelligence also significantly affects learning outcomes, and study habits significantly contribute to learning outcomes. The advice derived from this research suggests that improving learning outcomes can be achieved by enhancing emotional intelligence, adversity intelligence, and study habits.
