Interkorelasi antara Stres Pengasuhan, Kepuasan Pernikahan, dan Kesejahteraan pada Orang Tua dengan Anak Autism Spectrum Disorder di Kota Palembang

Abstract


 

This research was conducted with the aim of testing the intercorrelation of parenting stress, marital satisfaction, and well-being on parents of autism spectrum disorder children’s in Palembang City. 191 Respondents are parents with autism spectrum disorder child. Parenting stress measured using Parenting Stress Scale: Autism. Marital satisfaction measured using Enrich Marital Satisfaction (EMS), and PERMA-Profile measure for well-being. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is pearson analysis to determine the intercorrelation of parenting stress, marital satisfaction, and well-being on parents of autism spectrum disorder children’s in Palembang City. The result indicate there a correlation between marital satisfaction and well-being, as well as stress parenting and marital satisfaction.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui interkorelasi antara stres pengasuhan, kepuasan pernikahan, dan kesejahteraan orang tua dengan anak autism spectrum disorder (ASD) di Kota Palembang. Responden sebanyak 191 adalah orang tua anak yang memiliki anak dengan ASD di Kota Palembang. Stres pengasuhan diukur menggunakan Parenting Stress Scale: Autism yang diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Untuk bagian kepuasan pernikahan menggunakan instrumen Enrich Marital Satisfaction (EMS). Sedangkan kesejahteraan diukur menggunakan instrumen PERMA – Profile Measure. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis pearson untuk mengetahui interkorelasi antara stres pengasuhan, kepuasan pernikahan, dan kesejahteraan orang tua dengan anak autism spectrum disorder (ASD) di Kota Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara kepuasan pernikahan dan kesejahteraan, serta stres pengasuhan dan kepuasan pernikahan.
