Optimisme Anak Didik Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Bandung Menuju Masa Reentry

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran optimisme dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung optimisme pada Anak didik Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Bandung menunju proses re-entry. Optimisme merupakan ekspektasi positif seseorang mengenai masa depannya, sementara re-entry merupakan proses anak didik kembali lagi ke masyarakat. Penulisan ini dilakukan kepada dua orang anak didik dengan kasus Narkoba dan Pelanggaran terhadap Ketertiban. Penggalian informasi dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, dan teknik analisis data studi kasus menggunakan tematik analisis. Hasil penulisan ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat dua pendekatan dalam ekspektasi positif anak didik terhadap masa depannya yaitu ekspektasi berkaitan dengan karir dan ekspektasi berkaitan dengan perubahan perilaku. Kemudian faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi optimisme anak didik LPKA antara lain self efficacy, self acceptance, self evaluation, self image, religious coping, motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik, serta regulasi emosi.
