Eksplorasi Dinamika Faktor di Balik Pelaku Tindak Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) Pada Wanita Karir
Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menganalisa pelaku KDRT pada wanita karir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan, menganalisis, memetakan, sekaligus memahami bagaimana dinamika pelaku KDRT melalui analisis komprehensif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari dua orang narasumber wanita karir korban KDRT di Cianjur yang bersedia untuk diwawancara. Data wawancara tersebut kemudian dianalisa secara mendalam dalam bentuk kerangka Logic Model of Problem. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kedua narasumber perilaku KDRT yang dilakukan oleh suami mereka dipengaruhi oleh faktor kemampuan regulasi diri yang rendah, kemampuan coping mechanism yang tidak tepat, perasaan superioritas pada pasangan, lingkungan dengan budaya patriarki, tekanan masalah ekonomi, dan adanya orang ketiga. Faktor-faktor tersebut memengaruhi faktor lain dan memengaruhi masalah kesehatan yang diderita oleh pelaku, seperti gangguan kognitif dan depresi. Masalah kesehatan tersebut juga mengganggu kualitas hidup pelaku, diantaranya penyalahgunaan substansi, hubungan interpersonal yang buruk, serta penyesalan dan perasaan bersalah.
