Pengaruh Stimulus Media Kucing Lucu Terhadap Cute Aggression Sebagai Bentuk Ekspresi Dimorfik pada Mahasiswa Pecinta Kucing

Abstract


Manusia dapat memiliki cute aggression. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh stimulus foto kucing lucu terhadap cute aggression sebagai bentuk ekspresi dimorfik pada mahasiswa penggemar kucing. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain within subject satu kelompok. Pengambilan  sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non-random purposive sampling dengan kriteria  mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun yang mencintai kucing. Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas dan analisis paired t-test. Prosedur eksperimen meliputi perekrutan partisipan, pretest, treatment, dan posttest. Hasil analisis paired t-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam skor cute aggression setelah pemberian treatment, sehingga stimulus media kucing lucu memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap cute aggression sebagai bentuk ekspresi dimorfik pada mahasiswa pecinta kucing.
