Pengaruh Adverse Childhood Experiences dan Perceived Social Support terhadap Regulasi Emosi Remaja Pelaku Self injury di Sekolah Menengah Atas X di Kota Bandung

Abstract


Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran adverse childhood experiences (ACE) sebagai faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku self-injury, dengan perceived social support sebagai faktor pelindung yang berpotensi mengurangi dampaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linear berganda pada 131 siswa SMA di Bandung. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ACE dan perceived social support bersama-sama menjelaskan 10,4 persen variansi dalam regulasi emosi. Di sisi lain, ACE memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan regulasi emosi dan berkontribusi sebesar 11 persen terhadap variansi, dengan dimensi paling dominan adalah emotional neglect (17 persen responden pada tingkat tinggi). Sebaliknya, perceived social support tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap regulasi emosi. Meskipun 80.15 persen responden melaporkan tingkat dukungan sosial sedang hingga tinggi, hal ini tidak secara langsung meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengatur emosi.
