Memahami Peran Komitmen Religius Pada Keputusan Pembelian Obat Halal: Pendekatan Generalized Structural Component Analysis

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji peranan religious commitment di dalam keputusan pembelian obat-obatan halal. Sampel diperoleh menggunakan convenient sampling berlokasi di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah total 139 responden. Menggunakan analisis generalizes structural component analysis atau GSCA menguji pemodelan struktural yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada peranan yang signifikan antara komitmen religius terhadap keputusan untuk membeli obat halal. Hasil ini menawarkan suatu informasi baru bahwa meskipun adanya dominasi obat yang belum tersertifikasi halal, responden memiliki kecenderungan untuk tetap memilih yang sudah teruji kehalalannya. Faktor komitmen religius menjadi faktor yang berperan dalam keputusan pembelian obat halal. Selain itu, dari sisi metode, penggunaan GSCA bisa menjadi alternatif dalam penelitian sosial humaniora yang melibatkan sampel kecil.
