Peran Artificial Intelligence dalam Mendorong Innovative Behavior: Kajian Literatur Sistematis

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisa secara sistematis bagaimana kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) memengaruhi innovative behavior dalam konteks organisasi. Melalui pendekatan systematic literature review dengan protokol PRISMA, sebanyak 20 artikel terpilih dari 100 artikel yang diidentifikasi menggunakan data artikel ilmiah Google Scholar. Studi yang dianalisis mencakup berbagai sektor industri dan konteks budaya yang berbeda. Hasil literature review menunjukkan bahwa AI tidak hanya menjadi alat otomasi, tetapi juga dapat menjadi pendorong perilaku inovasi melalui peningkatan keterlibatan kerja, peluang pembelajaran, dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kreativitas. Namun demikian, penggunaan AI juga berpotensi menyebabkan tekanan psikologis seperti kecemasan akan digantikan oleh teknologi. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peran organisasi dalam menciptakan kebijakan dan budaya yang mendukung integrasi AI secara etis dan strategis agar innovative behavior dapat tumbuh dengan baik. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi organisasi dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk mendukung inovasi yang berkelanjutan.
