Analisis Bibliometrik Mengenai Kesehatan Mental dan Performa Akademik

Abstract


Kesehatan mental dan performa akademik merupakan dua hal yang saling berkorelasi dan dapat menunjang kesejahteraan individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari perkembangan penelitian mengenai kesehatan mental dan performa akademik dengan menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Data diambil dari Google Scholar melalui aplikasi Publish or Perish (PoP) dengan kata kunci “mental health” dan “academic performance”.  Terdapat 980 paper mengenai kedua hal tersebut dari tahun 1958 hingga 2025. Analisis bibliometrik terhadap data judul dan abstrak penelitian dengan menggunakan VOSviewer menunjukkan terdapat 7 kluster. Tren menunjukkan puncak penelitian mengenai kesehatan mental dan performa akademik pada 2016 lalu mulai bergeser ke arah intervensi dan solusi serta dampak teknologi digital. Analisis ini memberikan gambaran sistematis tentang perkembangan penelitian dalam bidang kesehatan mental dan performa akademik, menyoroti area yang telah banyak dieksplorasi serta kesenjangan penelitian yang dapat menjadi fokus studi di masa depan.
