SIKAP GURU TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN INKLUSIF - KECENDERUNGAN INTERNASIONAL
Abstract
Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menyelidiki sikap guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif dan variabel yang mempengaruhi sikap tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk menampilkan gambaran lengkap dan terbaru dari studi empiris yang dipublikasikan 15 tahun terakhir yang mengkaji sikap guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif dan variabel yang mempengaruhinya. Dilakukan review terhadap 28 artikel yang melibatkan 5.717 orang guru dari 24 negara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas guru memiliki sikap positif terhadap pendidikan inklusif. Beberapa penelitian juga melaporkan sikap netral dan juga negatif. Variabel yang mempengaruhi sikap guru adalah tingkat dan latar belakang pendidikan, efikasi diri, pelatihan guru, dan jenis disabilitas anak berkebutuhan khusus.
