Abstract

Village is a village located in Ngargoyoso District, Karanganyar Regency. This village has very diverse tourism potential, both natural and artificial tourism. However, the lack of access to good and sustainable tourism design has resulted in existing tourism paying less attention to environmental aspects. Apart from that, the existence of a private tea industry in Kemuning Village is also one of the environmental problems experienced by the village community. The Community Development and Empowerment Program (P3M) aims to provide assistance in preparing the master plan for the Kemuning Village Tourism Area and provide an understanding of tourism with the concept of Sustainable Eco-Agrotourism which focuses on increasing village tourism potential while still paying attention to natural potential. environment. The method used in this service consists of three stages, namely socialization, practice and guidance, and design finalization. The implementation of this service is carried out with a participatory approach to ensure that development will be carried out in line with existing conditions and the common goals of Kemuning Village. The results of this service are in the form of a master plan product for the Kemuning Village Tourism Area and the establishment of cooperation between stakeholders in the Kemuning Village tourism sector. The location of the design area consists of two locations, namely the Bukit Cilik Tourism Area and the Kemuning Cultural Building. The development of the Kemuning Village Tourism Area is carried out while still paying attention to environmental sustainability, in accordance with the proposed concept and involving local community participation in its management, so that it can improve the economy and community capacity in the tourism sector. That way, the Kemuning Village tourism sector can progress and have high competitiveness.
