FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MODULAR HOUSES FOR SUBSIDIZED HOUSING PROJECTS
Abstract
Kompleks Makam Sultan Hasanuddin di Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan, adalah cerminan arsitektur simbolik yang mengintegrasikan tradisi lokal dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis filosofi punden berundak dan penggunaan batu andesit sebagai elemen simbolik utama, yang merepresentasikan hierarki spiritual dan harmoni manusia dengan alam. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dimensi simbolik, kultural, dan spiritual dari desain makam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur bertingkat menggambarkan perjalanan spiritual menuju kehidupan akhirat, sementara batu andesit melambangkan keabadian dan kesinambungan tradisi lokal. Orientasi kiblat dan ornamen minimalis mempertegas nilai spiritual Islam yang terintegrasi dengan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menawarkan perspektif baru dalam memahami peran arsitektur sebagai medium penghubung antara nilai spiritual, budaya, dan lingkungan, sekaligus memberikan landasan untuk pelestarian warisan arsitektur vernakular di Indonesia.
