EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN KONSTRUKTIVISME DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS KARANGAN DESKRIPSI

Abstract
Writing description skill is a skill to describe an object obtained through an observation by means of someone’s senses, so that the reader can share the object described in the text.The research methods is use pre-experimental design. The purpose of this research is to see effectiveness of implementation constructivism approach to improve writing skills essay description. Based on the result of processing data, the pretest result show the average score is (54,17) while the posttest show the average score is (86,67). And based on the results of paired sample t test (t test) with a significance level <0,05 show the significance score 0,000, then it can be said there are significant defferencess in pretetst and posttest result. This suggest that the implementation of constructivism approach more effective in improving the description writing skill.
