Abstract


abstract outlining the importance of the topics discussed, contais gaps This research discusses the implementation of model Treasure Hunt to improve students cooperation skill of fifth-grade elementary school. This research was conducted based on the identification of problems showing that students cooperation skills are low. The characteristics of students are still individualistic and egocentric. Students just want to group with their best friends, so the group is not heterogeneous.And then, learning groups do not usually incorporate the principles of cooperative learning. So, students cooperation skill not trained maximally. This research is aimed to describe process and result the implementation of model Treasure Hunt.The Subject are 23 fifth grade students of elementary school in Bandung.This research is using Classroom Action Research Method with Kemmis & Taggart model starting from planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in second cycles. The Instrument which used is form of student and teacher observation sheet, and note sheet. The result showed students cooperative skill score from 61% with the average class 73 in first cycle and increased to 91% with the average class 88 at second cycles. Base on the data, this research can be concluded that the implementation of model Treasure Hunt can improve students cooperation skill of five-grade elementary school.
