Abstract


Abstract: This research is about how to implementation cooperative learning type Numbered Head Together (NHT). And whether the burnout of student is reduced after implementation cooperative learning type NHT. When the learning process, researchers see the incompatibility of learning, theteachers do not facilitate students to do learning in groups. Therefore, researchers implementation cooperative learning type NHT to reduce burnout of student. Research done by the researcher, runs smoothly and in accordance with the syntax of cooperative learning type NHT with the aim of reducing the burnout. Although there are some difficulties and obstacles experienced by the researchers, the results of this study can be said to work because the research that only carried out these two cycles decreased from cycle I to cycle II, that’s about 25.13% in cycle I was reduced to 24.88% in cycle II. Therefore, it can be concluded that cooperative learning type NHT is running well and can reduce the burnout of students learning grade IV elementary school.
