HUBUNGAN TANGGUNG JAWAB DALAM BELAJAR DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SD

Abstract


Responsibility in learning is important for students because they will able to self-directing and managing, respond problems proactively, being inisiators, so they can achieve the high level of learning outcomes. But students were found skipped the class, disturbed while study, did not do the homework, busy themselves while teachers delivers something and not participated in group learning which is didn’t reflect the responsibility in learning. The aim of this reseach is to determine the correlation between responsibility in learning with learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. This research is using quantitative method with correlational technique. The subjects is 60 elementary school students. The instruments is using questionnaire that were made and tested by validity and reliability and document study. The result of this research show there is a correlation between responsibility in learning with learning outcomes at correlation coefficient of 0,283 and significant at 0,029. It means the contribution is only 8%, belongs to low category. Therefore, this suggest teachers to be able to grow and develop responsibility through the learning process by concern this aspects, quality of work, self-attachment to tasks, social interaction, independency, willingness to take the risk and having a principle of life.
