PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TGT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN BELAJAR SISWA SD

Abstract


This research is based on the low of learning discipline of the third grade student elementary school. In learning, teachers only used conventional method so that makes student feel bored and not conducive to learning. Be side it, in the classroom not apply rules, so students haven’t the awareness to be discipline. This research is to describe the application of cooperative learning type Team Games Tournamnet (TGT) to improve learning diciplie of third grade student elementary school. The research method used was classroom action research, consisting of two cycles covering the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subject are the third students of SDN CK which is by 24 student.  Data collection techniques used are observation and field note. The average result of research showed improvement in each cycle , in first cycle of 69,27% and in cycle II increased by 10,59% to 79,86%. Can be concluded that application of cooperative learning type Team Games Tournamnet (TGT) can improve learning discipline of the third grade student elementary school.
