PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN KERJASAMA SISWA KELAS IV SD

Abstract
This research is motivated by the low skills of students' cooperation in learning. Based on the background of the problem, the research problem is how to apply the STAD type cooperative model to improve student cooperation skills. To solve this problem, the classroom action research method was used by applying the Kemmis model and Mac Taggart. The research subjects consisted of 30 fourth grade students, one of the elementary schools in the city o f Bandung. Data collection is done through observation and field notes. Qualitative data is analyzed by using the Miles and Huberman models which consist of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification while quantitative data is processed using average statistical analysis and percentage. The results showed that the STAD type cooperative learning model could improve the cooperation skills of grade IV elementary school students.
