PERBEDAAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR DAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA ANTARA MODEL AMORA DENGAN MODEL KONVENSIONAL

Abstract


This research is motivated by a lack of mathematical abilities in Indonesia that have an impact on the lack of self regulated learning and student learning outcomes in mathematics. One of the factors that can improve self regulated learning and student learning outcomes is the learning system that applying in the schools, including models and learning methods used by teachers and the use of learning media. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there are significant differences in self regulated learning and student learning outcomes between learning with AMORA model and learning with conventional model. This research used a qualitative and quantitative approach and the quasiexperimental method. The subjects were fourth grade students of primary school. The results of this research are there are differences in the percentage increase in self regulated learning which is the percentage increases in the class that applied the AMORA learning model as much as 77.10% and 44.70% in the class that applied the conventional model. There are also significant differences in student learning outcomes as evidenced by hypothesis testing which shows a significance value of 0,000 < α = 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that there are significant differences from the learning outcomes of students who applied the AMORA learning model and applied conventional model.
