RANCANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MODEL STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Civics in fourth grade elementary school students. This is based on observations where teachers still use the lecture method during learning which causes students to feel bored and less interested in participating in learning so that student learning outcomes are low. This study aims to describe the design of learning devices based on the student team achievement division (STAD) model which consists of lesson plans, teaching materials, learning media, student worksheets, and learning evaluations. The participants in this study consisted of two experts, namely an expert on learning implementation plans and an expert on Civics to Elementary School material. This study uses a descriptive approach with the Delphi method which aims to get input and agreement from experts in two rounds. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires, while the instrument uses the Guttman scale. The results of this study are the design of Civics learning tools based on the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) model to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students in accordance with the agreement of the two experts that it is suitable for use in the learning process in fourth grade elementary school..
