Impak Minat dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa
Abstract
Learning outcomes are influenced by many factors; among others are students’ learning interest and motivation. This article discusses the findings of a study on the impacts of students’ learning interest and motivation on learning outcomes in the subject of office equipment management at a private vocational high school in Bandung Regency. The study adopted explanatory survey method, where data were gathered using Likert scale questionnaire distributed to a population of 47 tenth grade students of the Office Administration Program. The findings show that learning interest and learning motivation had positive and significant effects on students’ learning outcomes, both simultaneously and partially. This article emphasizes the importance of learning interest and motivation to increase students’ learning outcomes.
ABSTRAK
Hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah minat dan motivasi belajar siswa. Artikel ini membahas hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh minat dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran mengelola peralatan kantor di sebuah SMK swasta di Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode explanatory survey, dimana data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket model likert scale yang diberikan kepada populasi sejumlah 47 orang siswa kelas X program Administrasi Perkantoran. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari minat belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya kedua variabel tersebut dalam usaha meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
