Pembinaan dan Supervisi Pegawai di SMKN 4 Bandung

Abstract


In the educational environment, educators and education staff are open components that are influenced by the environment in which they are located. Human resource management is an important dimension in the national development process. In the education system, human resources are the most valuable investment. The importance of human resources, especially in educational institutions is how to manage, regulate and maintain human resources to be effective and efficient to achieve educational goals. The chosen place of observation at National Vocational School 4 Bandung are (1) Based on the survey results, the authors get an overview of the school’s focus on Human Resources (2) viewed from discipline (3) Viewed from the number of educators and education staff (4) and seen from the Vision and School Mission. Contextual guidance / supervision is always carried out periodically (a continuous process) and the managerial concept itself is running, mobilizing Human Resources that is effective, efficient in using time, as well as optimally. Human resources at vocational school 4 Bandung are productivity  oriented
