Abstract


The research departs from the welfare system of resources in educational institutions, which has a very strong impact on the sustainability of the organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affect employee welfare in the work environment, as well as the impact of employee welfare on individual and group performance in the organization. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to gather information about the welfare system in schools. The welfare of all school components is, of course, the responsibility and obligation that must be carried out by school leaders in realizing the program. The welfare of human resources is an important aspect of the progress of the school because it relates to the quality of performance, loyalty, and dedication to the school. All forms of constraints and evaluations in the welfare program will certainly be an improvement for the welfare system in the future.
