Pengaruh Tunjangan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Sub-Kegiatan Kepegawaian dan Umum Dinas Pendidikan Jawa Barat

Abstract


The results of the study show that offering the Performance Allowance is included in the very good category with an average of 4.04 and the Performance Allowance is included in the very good category, namely 4.32. The data processed in this study were normally distributed so that the data processing used SPSS Version 25, namely: Weight Means Scored, correlation analysis, significance test, and determination test as well as regression analysis using Microsoft Excel 2010 program. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.815 were in the category very strong, which presents a very strong Performance Allowance in the Sub-Section of Personnel and General Education of the West Java Province. The results of the coefficient of determination of performance of outstanding employees present Performance Allowances of 66.3%, of which the remaining 33.7% is another factor in the provision of Performance Allowances. The recommendations from this research for institutions, namely institutions that are expected to continue to maintain and improve the Performance of Benefits for employees.
