Kinerja Pegawai Pusat Pendidikan TK dan PLB Bandung Sebelum dan Saat WFH

Abstract


This research is entitled Employee Performance In Bandung Development And Empowerment Teachers And Educators Centre For Kindergarten And Special Education Before And After Work From Home Being Implemented. This research uses a quantitative approach with comparative descriptive research methods. The Technique of collecting data used closed questionnaires with online questionnaires via Google form and offline questionnaires which were distributed directly to 56 Development And Empowerment Teachers And Educators Centre For Kindergarten And Special Education employees. The results of the paired sample statistics show that the average employee performance before WFH was implemented is 99.04, while after WFH was implemented is 96.20, which means it experienced a decline. The results of the paired samples correlation was 0.887 with a sig of 0.000 which indicates the correlation between the two variables is strong and significant. The results of the paired sample t-test is 3.517 with a sig of 0.001 <0.05 which can be concluded that Ha is accepted, meaning that the conclusion of this study is that there is a significant difference between the performance of Development And Empowerment Teachers And Educators Centre For Kindergarten And Special Education employees before and after WFH being implemented.
