Abstract


Terus bertumbuhnya PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk., atau  WIKA membawa konsekuensi pada Perseroan untuk menerapkan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebagai asset perusahaan (human capital).  Penerapan manajemen human capital akan mendukung pencapaian Visi Perseroan menjadi perusahaan terbaik di bidang rekayasa, pengadaan dan  konstruksi atau EPC serta investasi di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur Human Capital Management dengan mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih besar tentang Penerapan Human Capital di PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk.,

Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan manajemen human capital di PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk., atau WIKA menjadi hal penting mengingat keberadaan pegawai memiliki fungsi strategis bagi WIKA  dengan menempatkan setiap pegawai merupakan asset bagi perusahaan dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja perusahaan dan di desain mulai dari proses perencanaan, rekrutment, seleksi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, senantiasa dibarengi pemenuhan kesejahteraan pegawai, penghargaan dan pasca kerja.
