MODEL IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MANAJEMEN MUTU ISO 9001:2015 DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN

Abstract


Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang mempersiapkan peserta didik yang siap diserap oleh industri untuk bekerja dalam bidang tertentu. Tantangan ini menuntut SMK agar senantiasa menjaga mutu pendidikannya. Dengan menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu pendidikan yang berstandar internasional seperti ISO 9001:2015 diharapkan SMK dapat menghasilkan output lulusan yang bermutu. Impelementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 di sekolah kejuruan belum optimal karena keterbatasan dari kompetensi sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan dana untuk berkonsultasi dengan konsultan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015, dan kebingungan dalam mengintegrasikan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dengan akreditasi sekolah kejuruan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 yang dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan rujukan bagi sekolah kejuruan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001: 2015 dan mendapatkan sertifikasinya. Sehingga mempermudah SMK dalam proses implementasi dan sertifikasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Kerangka model disusun berdasarkan kajian teoritis, empiris, dan kondisi objektif pelaksanaan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 di SMK.


Vocational High School (SMK) is educational institutions that prepare students who are ready to be absorbed by industry to work in certain fields. This challenge required SMKs to always maintain the quality of their education. By implementing an international standard education quality management system such as ISO 9001: 2015, it is hoped that SMK can produce quality graduates. Implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 quality management systems in vocational schools has not been optimal due to limitations of human resource competence, limited funds to consult with ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system consultants, and confusion in integrating ISO 9001: 2015 quality management systems with vocational school accreditation. This study aimed to design an implementation model of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system which can be used as a reference material for vocational schools to implement the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and to obtain its certification. Thus making it easier for SMK in the process of implementing and certifying the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system. The method used was a research and development approach. The model framework was prepared based on theoretical, empirical studies, and the objective conditions of implementing the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system in SMK.
