Development Of Learning Model Through Business Incubator Based Web 2.0

Abstract


Systemically, business incubator is a vehicle for the transformation of the formation of human resources that are not or are fewer creative and productive human resources has become a motivational entrepreneurial creative, innovative, productive and cooperative.  As the initial step of creating entrepreneurs who have competitive and comparative advantage and has the vision and mission. Technology-based business incubator web 2.0 is designed to help students how to create or establish a new business and developing so well-established and able to make a profit by providing information, consulting, services, and support others. Generally, the incubator is managed by a staff with a highly efficient management by providing a service "7S," namely: space, shared, services, support, skill development, seed capital, and synergy.

The purpose of this study is (1) Conducting system design technology-based  business incubator in the web 2.0 Professional Skills courses, (2) Conducting pilot technology based business incubator model of web 2.0 Professional skills through courses and evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of the system lecture to student's education courses in teaching business management courses Professional Expertise. The research a method used the experimental method, in which the criterion was designed in the early stages of learning model of the technology-based  business incubator of web 2.0 by integrating aspects of pedagogical and technological aspects that will be used as a trial through the need's assessment, then the test is also carried on the business incubator based learning system Web 2.0 technologies.

The results of the study are Business Incubator Learning Model, though web 2.0 based technology that allows the individuation, enrichment, expansion, effectiveness and productivity of learning which in turn will improve the quality of education as a human-resource development infrastructure as a whole through this learning model of each student will be stimulated continuing to advance learning in accordance with the potential and the skills they have.
