Human Capital, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Human Capital and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi in April 2023. The population in this study consisted of 87 Educational Staffs at the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi with a research sample of 72 respondents. Data collection techniques used documentation and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 24 program. The results show that Human Capital has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
