Data on the Role of Human Capital in Improving Organizational Performance

Abstract


As one of the Oral and Dental Hospitals, in carrying out their duties and functions, RSGM Unjani employees are required to always carry out ideal performance because employee performance will affect organizational performance. Factors that affect the performance level of an organization are employee retention and turnover intention levels. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee retention and turnover intention on employee performance. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. The research sample is 76 respondents with saturated sample technique. The results of the study show that partially or simultaneously there is an influence of employee retention and the level of turnover intention on employee performance. So it can be concluded that good employee retention can reduce turnover rates so that it has an impact on increasing employee performance
