Flexi-Time and Organisational Outcomes in Selected Commercial Banks in Abraka, Delta State, Nigeria

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to look into the concept of flexitime and its impact on organizational outcomes in selected commercial banks in Abraka, Delta State, Nigeria. The study used a cross-sectional research design and a simple random sampling technique. The study's research instrument was a questionnaire, with 69participants deemed usable. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analysed data collected with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 20.0.The study found that flexitime has a significant impact on organizational outcomes. It is hoped that the findings of this stuty will spur further research and application of flexi-time practices in Nigerian organizations. This will add to existing knowledge and assist organizations in meeting the challenges of attracting and retaining employees with exceptional skills and experiences, as well as those who are dedicated and hardworking.
