STUDI DESKRIPTIF KOMPENSASI ,LINGKUNGAN KERJA SOSIAL, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PEGAWAI HOTEL NYLAND BANDUNG
Abstract
Objective - The purpose of this study is to obtain the level of compensation described by the social work environment and the level of organizational commitment.
Data/ Research Object - the object of this research is the employee of Hotel Nyland Bandung
Design/methodology/approach – the type of research used is descriptive. The sample in this study were 54 employees of Hotel Nyland Bandung.
Conclusions - The results of the study show that almost all respondents stated that the compensation was good, the description of the social work environment was that almost all respondents stated that the social work environment was conducive, and the level of employee organizational commitment stated that the majority of respondents stated that employee morale was high.
