Integrasi Nilai-Nilai Profetik dalam Pembentukan Karakter Kepemimpinan Anak Usia Dini: Studi Kualitatif di Lembaga PAUD Berbasis Islam
Abstract
Abstract
While character education has become a central focus in Early Childhood Education (ECE), the integration of prophetic values as an instrument for early childhood leadership remains empirically underexplored . This study aims to analyze how the internalization of shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathonah values forms the leadership foundation in children aged 4-6. Employing a qualitative descriptive design, data were gathered through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with teachers and parents at an Islamic-based preschool . Findings reveal that religious rituals, such as congregational prayers, are not merely routines but serve as a medium to strengthen children's executive functions through the role of the 'imam,' which enhances discipline and responsibility . Furthermore, prophetic narrative storytelling effectively transforms children's social initiative and empathy in group conflict resolution . This study concludes that consistent school-family collaboration in applying prophetic values creates a holistic leadership ecosystem . The practical implications of this research offer a prophetic value-based curriculum model relevant to strengthening the moral competitiveness of future generations amidst global integrity crises
